ASHBURN, BRADDAM INDICTED FOR CHILD ABUSE AND DRUG CHARGES

Two from Cumberland County are facing drug charges and child abuse after being indicted Monday by a grand jury. Court documents show 24-year-old Brandy Virginia Braddam and 48-year-old Jerry Lynn Ashburn are each charged with possession of meth for sale, possession of meth for delivery, possession of drug paraphernalia, simple possession of a Schedule VI drug and theft under $1,000. The child abuse charge comes from having a three year old female around the drug activity. Both will be arraigned in criminal court September 14.
