A Morgan County woman incarcerated at the Cumberland County jail is facing one more charge. Vanessa Nicole Tippie of Deer Lodge was indicted two month ago for reckless endangerment after going the wrong way on I-40 around the 317 mile marker. Tippie is now charged with assault after an altercation with another woman in jail. She will now appear in court for assault along with the two original charges.
