At least three individuals residing in the 4th district of Cumberland County will be considered at the upcoming county commission meeting to fill a vacant seat on the school board. Commissioners will hear from Anita C. Hale, Joseph Dunn and Brian McDonald at their meeting February 18, 2020. Others that reside in the 4th district can come to the meeting and let the county mayor know they are interested. The one selected to fill the seat vacated by Josh Stone will serve until the August 2020 election.
