Twenty-nine-year-old Andrew Nicholas Rich appeared in Cumberland County Criminal Court last Friday facing attempted first-degree murder and aggravated burglary. Officers responded in June 2019 to a home on St. George Drive after shots were allegedly fired by Rich. He reportedly fled the scene but was pulled over on I-40. Reports state a sawed-off shotgun was found near where Rich was stopped. In court Friday, the judge set a return date of August 5, 2020 in the case.
