A physical altercation yesterday between multiple subjects at a home on the 300 block of Allison Drive in Roane County left two injured. LifeStar helicopters were called in to transport the hurt to U.T. Medical Center for treatment. Initial reports indicate at least one individual sustained multiple stab wounds. Authorities arrested 37-year-old Mark Anthony Ferguson, Jr. on two counts of attempted murder. He was taken to the jail in Kingston. A motive for the incident was initially unrevealed. Further details in the arrest warrants should be released later today.
