A man wanted in a Lenoir City shooting incident is now on the TBI “10 Most Wanted” list. James Michael Smith, 40, faces charges including attempted first-degree murder stemming from an incident at River Manor Apartments. Smith and the victim had parked their vehicles beside each other when Smith reportedly opened fire, striking the other man in the head, wrist and leg.
