AUTHORITIES ASKING PUBLIC’S HELP IN FINDING HINCH MOUNTAIN ASSAULT SUSPECTS
Two ATV riders were assaulted on Hinch Mountain November 16th and the Sheriff’s Department is asking the public’s help in catching the two suspects. 20-year-old Hunter Little and 21-year-old Adam Page were riding an ATV on the mountain when another 4 seater RZR with three to four men came up behind them.
According to sources, two men got off the orange and white ATV and asked Little if he belonged to a leftist military organization. Little and his friend left the area with the suspect’s following them. The suspects allegedly rammed Little’s vehicle causing it to wreck.
In an effort to escape, Little said he turned down a trail that ended up being a dead-end where the suspects exited their ATV and assaulted him and Page. Little and Page then traveled down the mountain and called law enforcement to report the incident. Little was transported to Cumberland Medical Center for treatment.
Anyone with information about the assault is asked to contact the sheriff’s office at 484-6176.
