FOCCAS (Focus on Cumberland County Animal Shelter) is offering a $1,000 cash reward for information leading to the arrest of those responsible for the bags of deceased adult dogs, puppies and cats found dumped near the Bledsoe County line, off Akins Cemetery Lane, on March 25.
