Betty Jean “Polly” Collier Ratliff, age 84, of Rockwood, passed away August 27, 2018. Survivors Include husband: Billy J. Ratliff; daughters: Diane Davidson of Harriman, Debbie Woodall (Herbert) of Rockwood, and Karen Turpin (Ronnie) of Harriman; 6 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; and brother: Jack Collier. Interment and graveside service will be held Thursday, August 30, 2018 at 1 p.m. in the Calvary-Hazelwood Cemetery in Kingston.
