Officers with the Crossville Police Department and Tennessee Wildlife Resource Agency found a male body in Holiday Lake today who is believed to be Benjamin Heino. He was last seen back in late December 2017 at his Flamingo Drive residence. Authorities concentrated on the lake after finding Heino’s boat on the lake 500 yards from his home on the opposite side of the lake, parallel to Volunteer Court. Officers say because of the freezing temperatures and inaccessibility to the frozen lake, search efforts were delayed until today. The body has been sent for an autopsy and for a positive identification.
