Could the body of a female discovered in Etowah Tuesday be that of a missing teen. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation continues to look into the case. Full details have not been released, however the body was found on Charles Street. Both the Etowah Police Dept. and the McMinn County Sheriff’s Office are assisting in the matter. 18-year-old Kelsey Burnette was reported missing on July 1. She was last seen walking in the town around 5 AM that day.
