Public defenders for a Cumberland County man charged with homicide appeared recently in general sessions court to have his bond reduced. Stacey Dwight Austin, age 37, is charged with the death of 55-year-old Teresa Faye Austin earlier this year at a residence on Neverfail Road. After hearing testimony in regards to the case, Judge David Patterson agreed that Austin’s bond remain at $100,000.
