BOND SET FOR HARRIMAN TEEN WHO SHOT AND KILLED SOLDIER
A Harriman teen accused of delinquent second-degree murder may soon be free. General Sessions Judge Terry Stevens set Jacob Kinney’s bond at $50,000 during adetention hearing Friday morning. Jacob Kinney’s defense team had asked for a $20,000 bond. 15-year-old Jacob Kinney is accused in the shooting death of 24-year-old Marstratton Gordon during a domestic fight between Kinney’s sister and Gordon. The teen allegedly shot Gordon, who was a soldier between deployments, with a .357 handgun, killing him.
