Citizens planning on taking advantage of early voting in Cumberland County late this afternoon (Wednesday, October 31, 2018) need to be advised of the following. Main Street in front of the election commission office will be closed starting at 4 this afternoon for the city Halloween celebration. The election office will still close at 5 p.m. today and signs will be out directing motorists to the parking lot of the election commission. Early voting will end at 5 p.m. tomorrow.
