Anderson County authorities confirm one person is dead and another has been arrested after a shooting in the parking lot of Walmart in Clinton early this afternoon. Clinton Police Chief Rick Scarborough says the victim of the shooting passed away and they have the suspect in custody. Names have not yet been released.
