STORY UPDATE – Isiah has been found and is safe

Previous story – An AMBER ALERT has been issued for a kidnapped 1-year-old boy. Memphis Police Department says a silver 2014 Chevrolet Cruze, was stolen at a gas station near the intersection of Ridgeway and Knight Arnold roads in Memphis this afternoon.

Inside the vehicle was 1-year-old Isiah Edwards. He is about 2 feet tall with braided hair. He was wearing a tan shirt, camouflage pants, and black tennis shoes.

The vehicle was located just before 2 p.m. on Wind Ridge Cove, which is near the intersection of East Shelby Drive and Kirby Parkway in Memphis . Isiah Edwards was not inside the car.

The suspect in the kidnapping was found and detained. Edwards is still missing.
