A three-year-old Crossville child was injured after accidentally falling from a second-story window of a residence this afternoon. Medical first responders and Crossville firefighters went to the scene on the 200 block of Quail Ridge Road around 4 p.m. and prepared the child for transport to a waiting air medical helicopter. The child was flown to U.T. Medical Center in Knoxville for treatment of injuries. More information will be released by authorities at a later time.
