BUCKHOLTZ DENIED PAROLE

According to an article in the Roane County News Brittany Buckholtz, a woman convicted of supplying illegal narcotics to two brothers in Rockwood in 2021, was denied parole recently.

Buckholtz and her husband Vincent Buckholtz were both indicted on two counts of second-degree murder in 2021 for the overdose deaths of teenage brothers Jared and Javen Crass, who were found in their home near Caney Creek Road unresponsive and deceased.

Both Buckholtzs were in jail for 3 years prior to pleading of guilty in 2021. Brittany Buchholtz had a parole hearing on November 5th and, according to 9th district Attorney General Russell Johnson, the parole was denied.

She is incarcerated at the Deborah K. Johnson rehabilitation center in Nashville while her husband Vincent Buckholtz is serving his sentence at the Morgan County Correctional Complex in Wartburg.
