A Bledsoe County individual was arrested in Cumberland County for theft by a home improvement service provider. A resident reported to Fairfield Glade police he paid Isaac Houston Butler, Jr. of Pikeville in advance for materials and labor for a home project and the work was never started. He was transported to jail this week and is scheduled to appear in criminal court soon. The Fairfield Glade Police Department works diligently to protect their homeowners from fraud.
