Carl Anthony Ooten, age 53, of Harriman passed away June 26, 2017 at Ft. Sanders Regional Medical Center in Knoxville. He is survived by brothers: Fred Ooten of Kingston and Frank Ooten of Kingston; sisters: Debbie Capps of Rockwood and Christa Marlow of Midtown; nieces: Amanda, Kira and Briana; nephews: Patrick, Tony, Chase and Richie; and special friends: Woody, Faye, Joe and DeWayne. The family will view his body at 10:30 am at Evans Mortuary in Rockwood Thursday, June 29, 2017. No other services are to be conducted.
