Carol Ann Golliher, age 69, of Kingston, passed away Friday, September 14, 2018. Survivors include sisters: Shirley Darch (Ralph) of Linden, North Carolina and Helen Rose Albright (Homer, Sr.) of Wilmington, DE.; brother: Forrest Blocher of Garrett Co., MD; and several nieces and nephews. The family will be having a private family memorial service. Cremation arrangements have been made.
