Charles C. Snow, age 87, of Kingston, passed away Friday September 28, 2018 at the U. T. Medical Center. Charles was the Roane County Circuit Court Clerk from 1966 until 1990. He also served as Roane County Grand Jury Foreman. Survivors include his wife of 66 years: Delphia Snow of Kingston; sons and daughter-in-law: Mike Snow of Kingston and Eddie and Geraldine Snow of Kingston; sister: Margaret Byrd of Kingston; brother and sister-in-law: Bob and Mildred Snow of Kingston; granddaughter: Brandi Snow of Kingston; great-grandchildren: Bre Snow of Loudon, Autum Packett of Kingston, and Gabriel Watkins of Kingston; and nieces and nephews: Charles Byrd, Sue Kelley, Larry Snow, Jerry Snow, Rita Johnson, and Kathy Mount. Funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, October 4, 2018 in the Kyker Chapel in Kingston. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. Thursday at the Kyker Funeral Home. Burial will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the Kingston Memorial Gardens.
