CITY OF HARRIMAN LOOKING AT OPTIONS FOR OLD HOSPITAL
The City of Harriman is looking at renovating the old hospital downtown for use as a city municipal building, but were stunned to see a $17 million price tag for the project. The city currently spends $60,000 a year on upkeep for the structure, which was built in 1990. There reportedly have not been any offers to buy the building for $3 million. City officials will discuss the fate of the old hospital at future meeting.
