Funeral Services for Clara Annette Cooper Grover, age 71, will be held on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Bilbrey Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. Survivors: Son – George Sloan Grover, Jr. & wife Casey; Daughters – Lt. Col.
