Cleveland, Ohio Police say that a man is driving around the area broadcasting, what he claims to be, live murders over Facebook. Steve Stephen’s Facebook page has been taken down, but on it and during broadcasts of Facebook Live, Stephens says he killed 14 people. One of the videos posted to his page him shows him shooting a man, whom he then says is dead. Cleveland Police are investigating and still looking for Stephens. They say a homicide at 635 E. 93rd St. is verified, but others he claims to have committed have not yet been verified. Stephens is a 6-foot-1 black man with bald head and full beard. Authorities are advising all neighboring states at this time. Stephens is considered armed and dangerous.
