CONFUSED MAN ARRESTED ON MULTIPLE DRUG CHARGES
Cumberland County deputies and Crossville police both responded to an address on Rock Quarry Road for a report of a man passed out behind the wheel of his parked vehicle, with the foot on the gas.
Thirty-six-year-old Kenny Lyle Johnson of Crossville was apparently confused as to his location, stating he was behind Sonic at a friend’s house. A search of his person netted two baggies of meth and three oxymorphone pills. A search of the vehicle turned up four syringes. Moreover a check of his license revealed it to be revoked.
Johnson was arrested and charged with possession of meth, manufacture, sale, delivery or sale of a controlled substance, driving on a revoked license and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. He was placed under $34,000 bond and is due in court May 13.
