CONVICTED FELON ARRESTED WITH FIREARM IN KINGSTON
BBBTV12 – KINGSTON, Tenn. — A Kingston man was taken into custody Wednesday in connection with a firearm investigation.
According to the Kingston Police Department, officers arrested Steven Madsen, 40, on January 7, 2026, at the Tennessee Department of Correction probation office located at 100 East Race Street.
Police say Madsen was taken into custody on an existing arrest warrant stemming from a Kingston Police Department investigation. The warrant charges him with felon in possession of a firearm, a violation of Tennessee law.
Authorities say the investigation remains ongoing, and no additional details have been released at this time.
