A convicted sex offender was indicted yesterday by a Cumberland County grand jury.

The indictment against 30-year-old Cody Tyler Buccina states he is charged with violation of the sex offender registry and driving on a suspended license.

It alleges he did not register a vehicle he was driving on time to authorities.

He appeared on the sex offender registry after his conviction for rape in 2015.

Officials say arraignment for Buccina will be on March 4, 2024, in Cumberland County Criminal Court.
