Mayor James Mayberry recognized Councilman J.H. Graham III with a gift basket as a small token of his appreciate for Graham’s 22 years of service to the City of Crossville. This was Graham’s last meeting as a member of the city council as he was not re-elected to another term.

“I appreciate it greatly. This has been the experience of my life. We have accomplished a lot of great things here. Crossville is a great place to live, work, play and worship,” said Graham.

Graham was mayor from 1998 until 2014 and served as a city councilman for several years. In 2009, he was named Mayor of the Year by the Tennessee Municipal League. He also held many positions on committees and groups in Crossville and Cumberland County.
