Roane County deputies recently responded to Roane County Park for a report of two people being intoxicated with a minor present. Officers intercepted a vehicle occupied by 29-year-old Jessica Marie Hall and 41-year-old Jamie Lynn Hall. A small child was found unrestrained in the car. DCS was called after medical crews advised authorities Jamie Hall had intravenously used meth. Both were charged with child abuse and neglect of a minor age 6 or less, DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia.
