With the executive order to Stay At Home extended in Tennessee through April 30, 2020, the Cumberland County Circuit Court Clerk’s office will only be operating by mail, fax, email or by phone until further notice. If you have a court date scheduled for the rest of April, please call for your new court date Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. central. (Cumberland County General Sessions is (931) 484-6647 and Cumberland County Criminal Court is (931) 484-5852). All payments can be mailed by cashier’s check/money order or paid over the phone with a credit card. All restitution checks will be mailed with no pick option until further notice.
