Crossville police stopped a vehicle operated by 37-year-old Shawn Marlon Crandell near Jacob’s Crossings Tuesday for not wearing a seat belt. Dispatch revealed his driver’s license was revoked and Crandell had been arrested at least nine times for operating a vehicle on either a suspended, revoked or no license status. In fact, authorities learned it was actually 11 times. Crandell was taken to jail again, this time for operating a vehicle on a revoked license.
