Crossville police officers responded to the Executive Inn Tuesday for an unwanted subject in a room. A check of 46-year-old Lynn Allen Kimball revealed two active warrants for violation of the sex offender registry in Michigan and two more out of Arkansas. Kimball reportedly told authorities the last time he checked in with his registry officer was in November 2020, well beyond the 48 hours required to notify of a new address. An additional warrant of violation of the sex offender registry was taken out in Cumberland County and served on Kimball as he was being processed into the jail.

Kimball was ordered onto the sex offender registry after his conviction for criminal sexual conduct of a victim under the age of 13.
