CROSSVILLE ACTRESS TO BRING NEW MOVIE TO HER HOMETOWN

Crossville, Tennessee native Julie Ann Emery will bring her new Christmas movie “Christmas on the Coast” to the Rocky Top 10 on December 1 through December 7, 2017. The movie will show at 1:15 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. each day. After the movie on Friday, December 1, Emery will be participating in a question and answer session with the audience. In addition to the above screenings, Julie Ann will host a private screening for local charities Avalon Center and House of Hope, in support of the work they are doing to help families in need. In the movie “Christmas on the Coast”, Drucinda “Dru” Cassadine (Emery) is a best-selling romance novelist whose sales and fan base are on the decline. She is forced to head back to her hometown, the idyllic Harbor Pointe for Christmas to write “the novel of her life” by the end of the holiday season. However, she isn’t quite prepared for what awaits her when she gets there. Brysen Flynn will be played by Burgess Jenkins (Remember The Titans, Nashville, Army Wives). The movie also features veteran actors Bonnie Bedelia (Parenthood, Die Hard, The Division) as Ellie Cassadine and Clarence Gilyard Jr. (Walker, Texas Ranger, Matlock, Top Gun) as Fletcher Reese. The movie is produced by INSP Films that makes motion pictures that are dramatic, inspiring and family friendly.
