CROSSVILLE CITY COUNCIL FINALIZES INDUSTRIAL SITE DEVELOPMENT GRANT CONTRACTS
Tuesday night the Crossville City Council finalized a step that could potentially bring some economic prospects into the area. The council approved the contracts for the Industrial Site Development Grant in the amount of $500,000. Three contracts were approved in-all. The first was the contract for the main grant itself. The second was the approval of an inter-local agreement with Cumberland County to foot the other half of a match that the city is putting up. The third contract is for the Tennessee Site Certification Program. The money will go toward creating a prep site in the city’s industrial park located of Highway 127 North.
