Crossville police responded Sunday to Cracker Barrel for a disruptive male reportedly climbing trees outside the business. Officers arrived to see 39-year-old John Robert Kelley of Crossville run toward Marathon gas station. A search of Kelley allegedly revealed a bag of meth, marijuana and piece of aluminium foil containing crack cocaine. Kelley was arrested for public intoxication and drug charges.
