A disturbance Monday at Highland Square Shopping Center in Crossville resulted in an arrest. According to the report, 32-year-old Brian Keith Petrie went inside Kroger and yelled and cussed at customers. Petrie then reportedly went to the gas pumps outside and did the same thing. Petrie was charged with disorderly conduct. Petrie had been arrested by Crossville police two weeks ago for jumping out into traffic on North Main Street.
