Crossville police responded Wednesday afternoon to the parking lot of Dollar General Market on Miller Bypass in reference to a man inside a car mastrubating. Officers asked 26-year-old Jacob Allen Nixnick of Crossville to step out of the vehicle and when he did his pants fell down to his ankles. Niznick originally told officers he had to go to the bathroom for the reason his pants were down in the car. When police told him a bathroom was just inside the store, Niznick then said “I was being stupid.” Niznick was charged with indecent exposure.
