On December 26, Cumberland County Officers were dispatched to 13186 Lantana Road for a house fire. Upon arrival, Billy Knight stated he was the one who called dispatch for the fire.

Two other males told officers that Mr. Knight set fire to the house because they were evicting him.

After further investigation, Billy Ray Knight, age 38 was charged with arson. His bond is set at $100,000.
