CROSSVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT ISSUES APRIL 2018 REPORT
The Crossville Police Department has issued its latest month report to be reviewed by the City Council at their meeting tomorrow night. Last month, police issued 18 citations for speeding, 24 for registration violations and 20 for insurance violations. Officers responded to 8 burglaries, 11 theft from building incidents and 16 shoplifting calls. Police made nine arrests for domestic assault, eight for public intoxication and eight for drug violations. Officers responded to a total of 112 accidents in Crossville last month, with 101 being minor or without injury and 11 with injuries. Police also responded to four juvenile-runaway calls.
