CROSSVILLE POLICE INVESTIGATE VANDALISM AT OLD LANTANA ROAD BUILDING
The Crossville Police Department is investigating a vandalism incident at the old Crossville MMA building on Old Lantana Road after the property owner discovered extensive property damage on October 1, 2026.
According to a police report filed by Officer Price, city units were dispatched to the location following reports of vandalism. Officers made contact with the owner who reported finding broken glass scattered throughout the interior.
The damage includes a busted window, a shattered glass display valued at $12,000, two large mirrors valued at $500, and five cases of broken mason jars valued at $100. In total, the reported property damage reaches an estimated $14,600.
Authorities noted there were no signs of forced entry and no security cameras in the area. Because the owner stated he had not visited the building in three to four months, the exact timeframe of the vandalism remains unknown.
