Cumberland County Law Enforcement Agencies have received special recognition for their efforts. Deputy Shawn Scott was selected as one of the top Deputy Sheriffs of the Year by the Tennessee Highway Safety Office. THSO Director Victor Donoho presented the award. Deputy Jonathan Stout received the Silver Award from the Mothers Against Drunk Driving. Deputy Stout was recognized for making 67 DUI arrest during 2015. And at Thursday night’s Crossville City Council meeting, the Crossville Police Chief Mark Rosser accepted an accreditation award from the Tennessee Police Chief Administration. The award was presented to Chief Rosser and City Mayor James Mayberry by Cookeville Police Chief and TPCA District Rep. Randy Evans.
