The Cumberland County Board of Education last night granted a request by the Cumberland County High School cheerleaders to travel to Disney World in February 2021, despite rising numbers of active COVID-19 cases in Tennessee and in Florida. The team will be competing in the National Cheer Competition at the ESPN Wide World of Sports and Pop Century Resort in Orlando. All participants will be following CDC as well as resort and competition guidelines.
