The Cumberland County Board of Education welcomed three new, but recognizable faces to its’ membership Thursday night. 2^nd District Representative Rob Safdie has been on the board in the past as has 6^th District Rep. Tom Netherton. New 8^th District Rep. Teresa Boston was also welcomed. The board also held elections for new officers. 4^th District Rep. Josh Stone was elected as new Chair for the group with 7^th District Rep. David Bowman being re-elected to Vice Chair. Netherton was elected as Parliamentarian, Teresa Boston being elected as TLN Rep. The group re-elected Virgie Lotz to be the recorder.
