The Cumberland County Budget Committee met yesterday and elected Terry Lowe to the position of Chairman, with Mark Baldwin elected to the position of Vice-Chairman.

Lowe and Baldwin are members of the Cumberland County Commission, with Lowe representing the 5th District.

“I’ve been on the commission for ten years. I’ve served on several different committees, and this is the second time I’ve served as chairman of the budget committee. And this is a great group of people to work with.”

Mark Baldwin is a local Meteorologist for Upper Cumberland of Tennessee and represents the 7th District.

“This is my sixth year on the County Commission. This is my first time on the Vice Chair and it’s an honor to be selected.”
