CUMBERLAND COUNTY GRAND JURY INDICTS 26 INDIVIDUALS ON CHARGES

The Cumberland County Grand Jury met yesterday and handed down indictments against 26 individuals on various charges:

Henry Boyd Adams – Possession of a Schedule 2 drug (meth) over .5 grams for sale or delivery.

Eddie James Bright – Aggravated burglary, theft over $10,000, and vandalism over $10,000.

Russell Leo Brooks, Jr. – Reckless endangerment.

Terry Lane Cobb – Possession of a Schedule 2 drug (meth) over 300 grams for sale or delivery.

Emily Paulette Criswell – Possession of a Schedule 2 drug (meth) over 26 grams for sale or delivery.

Phillip Wayne Defoe – Possession of a Schedule 2 drug (meth), possession of a Schedule 3 drug (buprenorphine), and possession of drug paraphernalia.

James Eddie Eddington – Reckless endangerment and two counts of aggravated assault.

Miguel Angel Francisco – DUI, underage consumption, and DUI per se.

Brady Travis Godsey, Jr. – Theft under $1,000.

Robert Lloyd Hardwick – DUI and DUI per se.

Tyrel Shane Helton – Possession of a Schedule 2 drug (meth) over .5 grams for sale or delivery and possession of a Schedule 2 drug (fentanyl) for sale or delivery.

Grady Joseph Hoover – DUI and DUI per se.

Chance Lee Howard – Introduction of contraband into a penal institution.

Leonard Edward Kirby – Reckless endangerment and evading arrest.

Kenneth Leroy Langley – Possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.

Casey Tyler Lightsey – Reckless endangerment and domestic assault.

Johnny Paul Nance – Possession of a Schedule 2 drug (meth), possession of a Schedule 2 drug (meth) over .5 grams for sale or delivery, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Norma Jean Palumbo – DUI third offense, DUI, and DUI per se.

Paul Anthony Palumbo – Aggravated assault, domestic assault, and interference with a 911 call.

Gary Allen Phillips – DUI fourth offense, DUI, and DUI per se.

Christopher James Reeves – Evading arrest, reckless endangerment, driving on a revoked license, leaving the scene of an accident, and second offense driving on a revoked license.

Alexander Gregory Rice – Aggravated assault, domestic assault, evading arrest, and reckless endangerment.

Kurt David Sanders – Possession of a Schedule 2 drug (meth) over 26 grams for sale or delivery.

Jason Sherrill – Possession of a Schedule 2 drug (meth) and introduction of contraband into a penal institution.

William Franklin Walsh – Two counts of aggravated assault and two counts of reckless endangerment.

Christopher James Yarnell – Home improvement services fraud.

They will be arraigned soon in Cumberland County Criminal Court.

DUI per se – means that you were driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or more.
