A Cumberland County man is facing charges after reportedly taking prescription medication from a buggy at Kroger in Crossville. Officers arrested 38-year-old Joshua Ray Robbins for theft of property. A surveillance video reportedly showed Robbins taking $335 in medicine after a woman mistakenly left the prescription in the buggy. Robbins was also served two outstanding warrants.
