CUMBERLAND COUNTY MAN CHARGED WITH HOMICIDE ARRAIGNED IN COURT

A Cumberland County man charged with reckless homicide and aggravated assault appeared in circuit court yesterday (Monday, March 20, 2017) for arraignment following grand jury indictments. Officers responded to a home at the 1,000th block of Old Mail Road back in January 2017 where they say 26-year-old Michael Quinn Dale allegedly fired a shotgun inside the residence after an altercation with another male. Police say projectiles from the shot went through a wall and hit 21-year-old Kelsey Nicole Brady in another room causing her death.

In court yesterday, Dale was appointed Crossville attorney Kevin Bryant to represent him and ordered to return to court May 19th.
