A Cumberland County man passed away yesterday after having an apparent medical event. The accident report from the Crossville Police Department states 52-year-old Stephen Selby was in a 1998 Chevy traveling under the speed limit north on Milo Lemert Bypass when the vehicle suddenly veered off to the right, went down an embankment and came to rest. While police were in route to the scene, dispatch advised them that Selby was not breathing. Crew arrived to find Selby with no pulse.

Selby was a home health RN and was reportedly in route to assist a patient when the medical event happened. Selby worked in the profession for over 12 years. A GoFundMe account has been set up to help pay for funeral expenses:
