CUMBERLAND COUNTY SCHOOL SYSTEM GIVES UPDATE ON SCHOOLS FOR AFTER NEW YEARS HOLIDAY
Students in the Cumberland County School System will return to school Tuesday, January 5, 2021, for in-person learning (except those previously approved for virtual).
Should the county active cases of the coronavirus continue to be above 607, students in grades 3-12 will be issued devices to take home with them Tuesday afternoon, January 5, 2021.
If the district transitions to remote learning Wednesday, January 6, 2021, students will continue remote learning for the remainder of that week. Students in PreK-2nd grades will continue in-person learning at this time.
Bus transportation will continue on a regular schedule.
Additional information will be provided once active case counts are published by the Tennessee Department of Health next week.
Our reopening plan, which includes information regarding the color-coded metric system, may be found on our website at www.ccschools.k12tn.net
